Exterior Window Cleaning
For homes where the outside of the windows is what needs attention.

Includes exterior glass and glass doors, accessible exterior frames and sills, plus cobweb removal around the window areas.
Interior & Exterior Window Cleaning
For a more complete clean of the windows inside and out.
From $199
Includes both sides of the glass and glass doors, accessible frames and sills, standard tracks and flyscreens.
We choose the cleaning method around the glass, condition and access rather than expecting every home to be approached the same way.
Keep Your Windows Maintained Throughout the Year
After the first clean, Anchor can return on a schedule that suits how often you want the windows taken care of.
The first visit is priced as an equivalent one-off clean. Quarterly and biannual savings apply to return visits compared with an equivalent one-off clean. Annual visits remain at the standard rate.
Your cleaning scope and property details stay with the booking, so when Anchor returns we already know what was agreed for the property.
Quarterly
Every 3 months · Save 20% on return cleans
For homes where you’d rather keep the windows maintained throughout the year than wait until the buildup becomes obvious again.
Biannual
Every 6 months · Save 8% on return cleans
For homes that can comfortably leave longer between visits but still want the windows cleaned more than once a year.
Annual
Every 12 months · Standard rate
One clean each year, with the next visit planned ahead.
Window Cleaning That Fits Around the Business
Shopfront glass, office windows and customer-facing areas can all show buildup at different rates. Anchor provides one-off commercial window cleaning as well as scheduled cleaning for businesses across the Gold Coast.
That can include shopfronts, offices, clinics, salons, showrooms and suitable common areas.
Once the cleaning scope, access and timing are agreed, the owner manages the return visits. You shouldn’t need to explain the same job again each time the windows are due.
