Exterior Window Cleaning
For homes where the outside of the windows is what needs attention. Includes exterior glass and glass doors, accessible exterior frames and sills, plus cobweb removal around the window areas.
Interior & Exterior Window Cleaning
For homes where the inside glass, tracks and flyscreens need attention too. Includes both sides of the glass and glass doors, accessible frames and sills, standard tracks and flyscreens.

Your windows are never more than three months from their last clean. For homeowners who'd rather keep them looking good throughout the year than wait for them to noticeably need cleaning again.

Every 6 months · Save 8% on return visits
For homeowners who are comfortable leaving longer between cleans, but still want the windows taken care of more than once a year.
Annual
Every 12 months · Standard rate
One clean each year, with the next visit planned ahead so you don't need to organise it again.
Quarterly and biannual savings apply after your first clean, compared with an equivalent one-off clean. Annual visits are charged at the standard rate.

Tracks & flyscreens: Standard cleaning is included with Interior & Exterior Window Cleaning. Tracks with heavy buildup or screens that require more involved cleaning may need additional work. If that's the case, we'll let you know before going ahead.

What isn't included as standard
Hard-water and mineral staining, construction residue and other cleaning that requires more than a standard window clean will be discussed with you before we go ahead.
How We Count Window Panes
Window panes come in plenty of different shapes and sizes. If you know roughly how many you have, the guide below shows how we count them when preparing your quote. Don't feel like counting every window? That's okay — tell us about your home and we can usually work out a starting estimate with you.
Larger, unusually shaped or more detailed windows may be priced differently.
The Method Depends on the Window
Different windows call for different ways of cleaning them. For elevated exterior glass, we generally use professional water-fed and extension pole equipment so the window can be cleaned from the ground where practical. For accessible glass and more detailed work, traditional window-cleaning methods may be used instead. Where a ladder provides the safest and most suitable access, we'll use one selectively rather than forcing every window into the same cleaning method.

Traditional tools can be used where closer access gives us better control over the clean.
Difficult Access
Glass above roofs, awnings, enclosed courtyards or other obstacles is assessed individually so we can confirm how it can be safely reached before the job.
Complete More While We’re There
If there are other areas around the property you'd like taken care of, they can be included when we prepare your window-cleaning quote.
Pool Fence & Exterior Glass Cleaning
Extend the clean beyond your windows to pool fencing, balcony glass and other exterior glass around the property.
Gutter Cleaning
If your gutters are due for a clean as well, we can assess them and include the work in the same visit where practical.
Solar Panel Cleaning
Solar panels can also be added when access allows, so they can be cleaned while we're already working around the exterior of your home.
Some Marks Need More Than a Standard Clean
A standard window clean takes care of normal dirt, dust and everyday buildup. Some glass, however, needs a different approach.
Hard Water & Mineral Staining
Mineral deposits can bond to the glass over time and may not come away with standard window cleaning. If we find staining that needs restoration work, we'll let you know before anything additional is carried out.
Construction Residue
Paint, silicone, cement, stickers and other building residue require more care than normal window cleaning and are assessed separately before removal.
Difficult Glass & Access
Unusually shaped glass, heavy staining or windows with difficult access may need to be assessed before we confirm the scope of the clean.
