How much does residential window cleaning cost?

Every home is different, so pricing depends on the amount of glass, the type of windows, access and whether you choose Exterior or Interior & Exterior Window Cleaning. Exterior cleaning starts from $149, while Interior & Exterior cleaning starts from $199. If you're not sure what applies to your home, just get in touch and we'll work it out with you.

Do I need to count every window before getting a quote?

No. If you know roughly how many windows you have, that's helpful, but it isn't required. Just call us or send through an enquiry and we'll work through what we need with you.

How often should I have my windows cleaned?

That depends on how you'd like them maintained. Some homeowners book a one-off clean when the windows need attention, while others have Anchor return quarterly, biannually or annually.

Are tracks and flyscreens included?

Standard track and flyscreen cleaning is included with Interior & Exterior Window Cleaning, but not with Exterior Window Cleaning. Heavily soiled tracks or screens that need more involved cleaning may require additional work.

Can you clean second storey or difficult windows?

In many cases, yes. We choose the cleaning method based on the glass and access, using water-fed or extension poles for many elevated windows and other methods where appropriate. More difficult access is assessed before the job is confirmed.
